Mr. Mayur D. Wakhare joined India's no. 1 Highway Traffic Management systems and Traffic management systems infrastructure company as the Procurement Head , with various projects . Within a short span of time he was handed the charge Procurements of System admin (IT), Company HR & administration, R &D development ( Products and Software), Production, Pre-bid tenders proposal preparations for BD and marketing and Site projects in all States under the company. He was instrumental in Import the products and components from overseas also (High Sea sale (All over the word) / Custom duty exemption of NHAI projects ) and indigenous products with the Vendors, suppliers, contractors, Transporter, banker, Clints for insurance claims and fastest payment process of import, indigenous and Custom clearances, Sales Tax department (E-ways bill) process in all over State of INDIA. He was a key player in enhancing the fastest Company growth. He was instrumental in creating a pathway for implementation of Highway Traffic Management systems. His success across various projects helped him rise through the ranks, and after almost 15 years, he left as the General Manager (GM). He is one of the leading voices in India on implementation of HTMS in the Infrastructure industry. In 2021, he started his own venture — WORCA IT INFRA, with focus on presenting smart, customized solutions to the real-world problems in infrastructure development. He is an dual graduate in Computer and Marketing.
